Dell announced its first new reggedised netbook, which is designed specifically, according to the mind of students. The spine of the netbook (has a little plastic strip for personalizing the machine. It comes in a number of candy colors. And it's rubberized. The starting price is a"mere" US $3900


With its easy networking capabilities and optional webcam, the Dell Latitude 2100 offers fun, full-featured collaboration for teachers and students alike.
